Algunos ejemplos son:&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li paraeid=\"{46978f93-037c-45ec-ae9e-83893fae30a2}{245}\" paraid=\"1218106287\">Inmuebles afectados por actos terroristas o desastres naturales ocurridos en Bogot\u00e1.&nbsp;<\/li>\r\n\t<li paraeid=\"{46978f93-037c-45ec-ae9e-83893fae30a2}{251}\" paraid=\"418146474\">Predios propiedad de v\u00edctimas de secuestro o desaparici\u00f3n forzada, o de sus c\u00f3nyuges o padres.&nbsp;<\/li>\r\n\t<li paraeid=\"{fa78c530-1eb3-4bc5-833e-d9c6d62bf71d}{6}\" paraid=\"1287704031\">Edificios declarados como monumentos nacionales o inmuebles de inter\u00e9s cultural, ya sean nacionales o distritales.&nbsp;<\/li>\r\n\t<li paraeid=\"{fa78c530-1eb3-4bc5-833e-d9c6d62bf71d}{16}\" paraid=\"1588144158\">Predios donde se realicen espect\u00e1culos p\u00fablicos de artes esc\u00e9nicas, seg\u00fan el <a href=\"https:\/\/back.haciendabogota.gov.co\/sites\/default\/files\/normatividad\/acuerdo\/2023\/acuero%20897%20de%202023.pdf\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Acuerdo 897 de 2023<\/a>,&nbsp;que tendr\u00e1n descuento del 100 % del impuesto predial, desde el 2024 hasta el 2030, si el propietario cumple estos requisitos:<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n\t<li paraeid=\"{fa78c530-1eb3-4bc5-833e-d9c6d62bf71d}{57}\" paraid=\"768977962\">Estar inscrito como productor permanente ante el Ministerio de Cultura al momento en que se genera el impuesto.&nbsp;<\/li>\r\n\t<li paraeid=\"{fa78c530-1eb3-4bc5-833e-d9c6d62bf71d}{63}\" paraid=\"263684728\">Ser propietario del predio donde se realizan los espect\u00e1culos.&nbsp;<\/li>\r\n\t<li paraeid=\"{fa78c530-1eb3-4bc5-833e-d9c6d62bf71d}{73}\" paraid=\"532912453\">Que el predio no est\u00e9 declarado como bien de inter\u00e9s cultural.&nbsp;<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n<h4><strong>Predios que desde 2014 ya no est\u00e1n exentos del pago del impuesto predial&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li paraeid=\"{fa78c530-1eb3-4bc5-833e-d9c6d62bf71d}{105}\" paraid=\"1912233353\">Edificios sometidos a tratamientos especiales de conservaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica, art\u00edstica o arquitect\u00f3nica.&nbsp;<\/li>\r\n\t<li paraeid=\"{fa78c530-1eb3-4bc5-833e-d9c6d62bf71d}{111}\" paraid=\"1838719275\">Inmuebles propiedad de sindicatos destinados a esa actividad.&nbsp;<\/li>\r\n\t<li paraeid=\"{fa78c530-1eb3-4bc5-833e-d9c6d62bf71d}{121}\" paraid=\"692509570\">Inmuebles del Distrito Capital utilizados para las funciones propias de sus dependencias, como los destinados a la conservaci\u00f3n de canales, conducci\u00f3n de aguas, embalses, tanques, plantas de purificaci\u00f3n, plantas de energ\u00eda, v\u00edas de uso p\u00fablico y sobrantes de construcciones.&nbsp;<\/li>\r\n\t<li paraeid=\"{fa78c530-1eb3-4bc5-833e-d9c6d62bf71d}{131}\" paraid=\"1503120413\">Inmuebles de entidades de beneficencia y asistencia p\u00fablica, de inter\u00e9s social, destinados a hospitalizaci\u00f3n, salacunas, guarder\u00edas o asilos.&nbsp;<\/li>\r\n\t<li paraeid=\"{fa78c530-1eb3-4bc5-833e-d9c6d62bf71d}{145}\" paraid=\"286260535\">Inmuebles de fundaciones, ya sean de derecho p\u00fablico o privado, dedicadas exclusivamente a la atenci\u00f3n de la salud y educaci\u00f3n especial de ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes con deficiencias f\u00edsicas, mentales y psicol\u00f3gicas.&nbsp;<\/li>\r\n\t<li paraeid=\"{fa78c530-1eb3-4bc5-833e-d9c6d62bf71d}{155}\" paraid=\"1802081145\">Edificaciones destinadas a estacionamientos p\u00fablicos construidas entre diciembre 21 de 1998 y diciembre 31 de 2001, que antes estaban exentas del impuesto predial por 10 a\u00f1os.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h4>Lo anterior, lo establecen los <strong>Decretos Ley 1421 de 1993 y 352 de 2002.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n<h4><strong>Exoneraci\u00f3n del impuesto predial por cat\u00e1strofe natural o actos terroristas&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>El Instituto Distrital de Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgos y Cambio Clim\u00e1tico (IDIGER)<\/strong> certifica las personas afectadas por desastres naturales o actos terroristas ocurridos en Bogot\u00e1 y verifica los hechos que permiten la exoneraci\u00f3n del impuesto predial para quienes hayan sido afectados.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p paraeid=\"{fa78c530-1eb3-4bc5-833e-d9c6d62bf71d}{249}\" paraid=\"2075323474\"><strong>Requisitos para acceder a la exoneraci\u00f3n:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n\t<li paraeid=\"{253a4efc-f915-42d3-b72e-54b9336a7478}{12}\" paraid=\"1547369973\">Certificaci\u00f3n del <strong>Fondo de Atenci\u00f3n y Prevenci\u00f3n de Emergencias (FOPAE),<\/strong> de la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno de la Alcald\u00eda Mayor.&nbsp;<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Aval\u00fao de los da\u00f1os, realizado por un miembro de las lonjas de propiedad ra\u00edz o por <strong>Catastro Distrital<\/strong>; si lo realiza este \u00faltimo, le corresponde remitir directamente a la <strong>Secretar\u00eda Distrital de Hacienda<\/strong> la informaci\u00f3n, en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 1 mes despu\u00e9s de la certificaci\u00f3n de los da\u00f1os.&nbsp;<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Estar al d\u00eda con todas las obligaciones tributarias hasta el a\u00f1o anterior.&nbsp;<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n<p paraeid=\"{253a4efc-f915-42d3-b72e-54b9336a7478}{84}\" paraid=\"122000149\"><strong>Los beneficiarios de la exoneraci\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong>son los propietarios, poseedores o usufructuarios de predios afectados por actos terroristas o cat\u00e1strofes naturales, con da\u00f1os significativos en su estructura, techos, pisos, paredes, puertas, ventanas o instalaciones el\u00e9ctricas, sanitarias o hidr\u00e1ulicas.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p paraeid=\"{253a4efc-f915-42d3-b72e-54b9336a7478}{100}\" paraid=\"80904865\"><strong>Vigencia y condiciones de la exoneraci\u00f3n:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li paraeid=\"{253a4efc-f915-42d3-b72e-54b9336a7478}{110}\" paraid=\"1756269339\"><strong>La exoneraci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 v\u00e1lida m\u00e1ximo 5 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, contados desde la certificaci\u00f3n de los hechos.&nbsp;<\/li>\r\n\t<li>El valor de la exoneraci\u00f3n&nbsp;<strong>no debe superar el monto registrado en el aval\u00fao de los da\u00f1os y no debe ser inferior al aval\u00fao catastral del predio <\/strong>para el a\u00f1o en que ocurrieron los hechos.
