In the second quarter, 78.1% of the monetary aid reached the poorest and most vulnerable women in the city

During the second quarter of the year (April-June), 78.1% of the monetary aid from the Guaranteed Minimum Income (IMG) strategy was delivered to the poorest and most vulnerable women in Bogotá.

Likewise, according to the analysis of the District Treasury Secretariat (SDH), 17.2% of the transfers went to families owned by men; 4.7%, to the homes of people without information on their sex; and the rest, to those of people who identify themselves as intersex in the master database consolidated by the District Planning Secretariat (SDP).

During this period, the district administration ordered 1,493,543 payments, for a value greater than 193,000 million pesos, and effective transfers of 190,000 million pesos were made to 1,462,911 households.

If other population groups favored with the IMG strategy are analyzed, it is found that monetary aid was delivered to 581 households of people who identify themselves as belonging to the LGBTI population, for a value of more than 79 million pesos.

During the second quarter of the year, 258 families of people who perform paid sexual activities (ASP) received monetary aid that represented an investment of 32.4 million pesos for the District.
